S. T. E. P. S. 
The S.T.E.P.S. Programme (Science, Technology and Engineering Programme for Schools) was launched to increase public awareness of the value of the engineering profession and to encourage more young people to pursue engineering as a career.

S.T.E.P.S. is a national programme and has a diverse range of educational activities associated with it, e.g., Careers in Engineering Roadshow, School-Industry Partnership Linkage Scheme, teacher/student seminars, competitions, website, etc.
